Supra Appreciation Day at SPE

SP Engineering was founded in 1996 by Alex Shen an avid Supra enthusiast. Much SPE’s growth can be directly attributed to their success with the JZA80  Supra chassis. As a tribute to the car that helped shape SPE, a Supra Appreciation meet was held at their facility in the City of Industry. Many of the most famous Supras ever built were in attendance including Ken Henderson’s “Blackie”. For the lucky attendees that joined the raffles, TiTek carbon products and other parts from companies such as GReddy and HKS were the prizes.

The Supra is one of the most coveted and prolific super cars that ever came out of Japan and at some point, SP has had just about every JZA80 on the west coast in their shop. If you’re looking to build up a JZA80, SP Engineering should be at the top of list of tuning shops to talk to.
